Thursday, September 16, 2021 - Wow - I really enjoyed this. I pulled the cork around five hours before serving which helped - no formal notes but ample fruit and plenty of acidity to balance - getting earthy/mushroom type notes - but really enjoyable and in a good place with a decent decant. One of the best 2005s I’ve had in a while - impressive!
