Friday, November 12, 2021 - Friday Burgundy Cellar Visits - Paul Pernot and Amiot-Servelle (Cote d'Or): Tasting at the domaine. Red and black cherry aromas and flavors that get redder towards longish finish. Sneaky power, this has a gracefully weightless finish with very bright, dancing textures. Tasty already now, very cellarworthy.
