Saturday, March 3, 2007 - A little disappointing when we first opened this however the longer it was left to breathe the better it tasted in fact it tasted better the next day! Became more full bodied, peppery, smoother with a lingering taste on the palate. wouldn't go out of my way to pay $48nz again for this.
