Monday, March 25, 2019 - Tasted at dinner at the Couvent des Jacobins. Really interesting nose. Soft tannins, fruit is intact. Lots of tertiary notes - forest floor and mushrooms among the more prominent. An enjoyable wine from an underrated vintage that is a good example of well aged Bordeaux wine.
