Thursday, November 18, 2010 - An immediate candied raspberry, rubber nose, with air; more red fruit, spices, bell pepper, black olive. Flavor profile is similar, fleeting red fruit (like red berries, plum)/green beans, and hay. Thin and acidic, bitter tannins, not a lot there. Light see-through magenta. Better with food.
