Sunday, December 6, 2020 - Slow oxed for 1.5 hours then decanted for 45 minutes. Very typical Pomerol nose of iron, burning embers, black cherry and a hint of plum. Flavors of cherry, plum, currant and an iron streak running through it. Still get a bite of tannin on this. Begging for food with this. Ends with a 15 second finish with a black cherry note. Has some nice fruit but all in a Bordeaux terms.
