Sunday, January 14, 2024 - 2 hour decant; deliciously savory red and black berry fruits, pepper, saline, hints of seaweed and oak barrel. Finishes strong and long, with dark chocolate, coffee and vanilla. Great stuff only just entering its window, so no rush to open these. Drink now with air - 2032+.
