Monday, December 25, 2023 - Family Christmas Morning on the Sunshine Coast. This opened with a vigorous bead and a rich red robe of colour. The nose shows wild strawberry, white cherries, red apples, lemon zest, Christmas spice and rose tinged nougat. The palate is fruit forward with a frothy minerality and zest that balances things very nicely. This is a joyous wine perfect for Christmas morning !
