Wednesday, October 6, 2021 - Wilson Daniels Dinner (Smyth and The Loyalist - Chicago IL): Bottle had been opened and double decanted approximately ten hours earlier, which certainly helped coax out some richness, but despite so much great potential here, there was little pleasure here tonight. The 1990 in the next glass is getting close to its peak drinking window, so I expect great things from this 2013, but likely from 2033-2075.
