Thursday, November 24, 2022 - BYOB dinner NOTK (Supernova hotel, Rotterdam): [Tasted blind] Identified as red burgundy, but thought Cote de Nuits. Big, red fruit, a fair touch of wood, juicy. Medium+ acidity, medium- tannins, long finish. Very good, will obviously benefit from some age
