Sunday, March 5, 2023 - Pulled the cork on this last night and was underwhelmed. Day 2 is showing what I would expect out of a Tablas in this price range. Still quite young, but the wrapper is blowing off and the Grenache predominate blend is starting to mellow and let the Syrah and Mourvèdre do their thing.
