Tuesday, March 22, 2022 - Popped & poured. Nice nose of leather, dust, smoke and blackberry. Rather thin and light for an Australian Shiraz. Noticed a few bubbles on the surface but couldn't taste or see effervescence (2nd fermentation was suspected). I waited an hour to see if it improved. Tasted of vinegar and went down the drain. Flawed bottle!
