  • By the glass. Aromas of blackberries and spicy spices. On the palate there is an obvious over-extraction, warm, alcoholic and so advanced maturation that allows to enjoy this bottle right now. Unfortunately there is no acidity to balance. What it is expected from a powerful Barossa wine.

  • Popped & poured. Nice nose of leather, dust, smoke and blackberry. Rather thin and light for an Australian Shiraz. Noticed a few bubbles on the surface but couldn't taste or see effervescence (2nd fermentation was suspected). I waited an hour to see if it improved. Tasted of vinegar and went down the drain. Flawed bottle!
