Saturday, July 16, 2011 - What a pleasant surprise, incredibly mineral, not unlike a les clos or a clos ste hune. I had a concern for premox but the color is light.

It displays a hint of honey hinting a residual sugar. The fruit is mostly citrus as the wine has settled. It is drinking incredibly well especially if you look for minerality and precision as the primary fruit has settled and the petrol yet to appear. If you don’t care for a hint of sugar in your dry white, this is not for you.

Paid $24 at PC. This along with the 05 QTC tells me that these are some of the best QPRs and not affected by premox.
