Tuesday, February 9, 2021 - Six months after drinking our first bottle, we are not at all sad to have bought half a case more. Wine holds together extremely well for first hour, but then starts to lose some structure. Fruit well balanced by tannins (though they get the better of the fruit with time). Well extracted and delicious.

C: black cherry and leather on the nose, acidic but somehow softly so, still love it.

edit: It falls apart if left out (e.g.: in a glass or decanter); from the bottle after 2 hours is still great!
