Friday, September 16, 2011 - From memory. Pale gold. Very clean and elegant, leaning more towards the yeasty than the vinous. Easy to drink and extremely dry but balanced, still a lightweight, from nose to finish. Part of this may be just BdeB, but the whole seemed to lack some stuffing.
