Monday, February 26, 2024 - So elegant 1 hour after opening that with my first taste I forgot what bottle I had opened. Certainly I didn’t open a Pinot Noir for Enchiladas?!?!

With more time in glass, this becomes a little more structured, but no less beautiful. The comparisons to
Burgundy are deserved, but this is by no means an imitation. Perhaps the most supple and seductive wine I’ve ever had from Spain.
