Saturday, October 8, 2022 - Riesling and Pinot Noir Lunch (Sun Wah - Chicago IL): Double blind at Riesling/ Pinot Noir lunch. Fun and enjoyable, but clearly the most simple of the first three bottles of Riesling. Good balance with an Old World "village level" character, just lacking nuance.
