Sunday, July 17, 2022 - Tasted as part of a comparative tasting of 12 Rieslings from around the world, this was selected as an archetypal Washington State Riesling. On the nose (which I'd call medium intensity at most), we noted yellow apple, lemon curd, honeysuckle, and wet stone. It had a hint of residual sugar (about 8-10 g/L) and a honeyed quality, with medium(+) acidity.
