Friday, February 10, 2012 - A nice golden yellow color. Slate, wet stones, apples, honey, orange zest, petrol, limes, and a floral note on the very nice and appealing nose. Medium body with nice sweetness and citrusy acidity. Absolutely delicious and in perfect balance. I'm glad I held onto a bottle from my Garagiste stash. My last bottle of this wine, but I still have a few of the others.
