Tuesday, March 4, 2008 - Truly outstanding. Creamy, tangy, minerally, earthy, with just a little fuel and plenty of apples, green grapes, and clover honey. There are several phases from initial taste through the mid-palate, with nice length, too, although it settles on a single nutty apple note. The best of the 3 Garagiste aged Rieslings I've opened thus far, $25 was an insane bargain.
