Wednesday, March 13, 2024 - Very interesting wine from the Canary Islands. Very tobacco, earthy and ash like in texture and on the nose this wine took about an hour to open and soften up. When it did there were layers of flavor and richness that wasn't there at the beginning. Nice medium finish. Enjoyable
