Monday, April 24, 2023 - Bottle 1329g. Transparent, light ruby to garnet color. Moderately intense aromas of tart red fruit (cherry, cranberry, currant), dried meat, floral top note. Dry, with elevated fresh acidity, juicy sweet red plum and berry fruit, turning savory towards the finish, elevated grippy tannins, medium-bodied, 13.5% abv. Pleasant.
