Sunday, January 1, 2023 - Sour cherries and plums backed by a little red currant, earth and sweet spice on the nose. Juicy with very slightly sour cherries over plum, non-intrusive alcohol warmth, a drying raw silk rasp on the mid palate, finishes slightly earthy with a touch of raspberry. Pretty bloody good. Very nice first wine of the year.
