Tuesday, May 28, 2013 - Dark ruby, with a nose of dark fruit and steak sauce. Medium body. On first night it was a little hot. Second day, heat was gone. palate showed dark fruit and cooked meat. Long balanced finish with more acidity than I've gotten from other cdp's. Really good.
