Wednesday, February 9, 2022 - The wide variety of interpretations is interesting. I enjoyed this wine. It was light to medium bodied. Cherry was the fruit that hit me, with soft tannins and forward acid. Lovely pairing with salmon za’atar and grilled vegetables. Upon first opening the acid was a bit much but after letting it settle and warm somewhat from the fridge the change was evident.
