Wednesday, January 6, 2021 - Opened in the bottle for a few hours. Interesting stuff and very enjoyable but maybe lacking freshness/brightness? Stewed/baked strawberry/cherry, rhubarb, black tea and mint. Improved a bit with time so likely better in 1-2 years.
