Thursday, November 22, 2007 - Opened tight. Decanted and then leather, bell pepper and a slight hint of red cherry on the nose. Ate with steak and pork ribs. Thought there was a bit of plum on the mouth, but a decent structure. Light mouth feel, but feels hot. Overall, a good food wine. I wonder if this will deepen with a little cellaring.
