Sunday, December 17, 2023 - Paired tonight with Pork porterhouse, broccoli rabe, polenta and caramelized onions. Really generous right after a quick decant; prune, plum, cassis and lavender up front followed by a bit of Bacon and fig with a kiss of Cerignola olive & sage garrigue. A nice blackberry and pipe tobacco finish that lingered on.
