Saturday, March 28, 2020 - A classic, if not thrilling, rendition of Serge's "recipe" as all the components are there (high-toned fruit, lifted spice aromas, VA out the wazoo), but lacking intensity or that extra bit complexity that can make these wines compelling. It's a tasty beverage, but there are better vintages of Musar to seek out instead. Fully resolved and ready to drink.
