Thursday, November 3, 2022 - Ninth bottle from a full case purchased at auction in Amsterdam in 2013. Consistent with my tasting note from April 2021. Vibrant acidity, peppery, grippy, crushed red berries and warm spices, attractive vegetal note, tight and energetic finish, good length. Perfect company for ribeye steak with green peppercorn sauce. It is losing a bit of weight. Drink now - 2026.
