Thursday, December 29, 2005 - Grabbed from my Vinotemp and opened right away, I wish I had decanted this wine for maybe an hour has it kept changing and opening up. Nose of a bit of funk, some cola aswell. On the palate this is drinking great right now. If you have any, give 'em an hour in the decanter.
