Sunday, April 11, 2021 - 50 Montepulciano, 50 Sangiovese. Jammy fruit - raspberry, black cherry, bubblegum, dried green herbs, cocoa powder/chocolate and powdered spices. Full bodied - a brawny young wine and definitely from a warmer cliamte. Great QPR, and a great pairing with squab giblets risotto. A dish that needs a full bodied brawny wine indeed.
