Friday, August 25, 2023 - Nose of lime, flowers,, crushed rock. Round and ripe primary fruit on the palate. Green apple notes. Fantastic high acidity to balance the sugar. Very intense. As hard as it’s going to be, I really need to hold onto these now as it feels like there is fantastic stuffing for long aging.
