Sunday, December 9, 2012 - Medium garnet with an orange ring. Cinnamon, cherry pie filling, and wet cedar chip scents. Better on the palate, with wild strawberries, cherries, marjoram, and thyme. Opens up in the glass quickly, with the tannins melding smoothly with the fruit. Perfectly timed on this one: down to earth and not under it. One Of the better CdPs I've had at this price range.
