Thursday, March 3, 2016 - This wine surprised me a bit. It is definitely powerful and concentrated, as any good Barossa Shiraz should be, but it also displays a level of refinement that is surprising. The palate has black fruits, cloves, and a little earthiness. It finishes very dry (after a decent length) which is really why I am enjoying it so much.
