Monday, January 28, 2008 - Binny's Shiraz Tasting (St. Charles, Illinois): The best wine at this retailer tasting. 100% Shiraz. This is a WA 97-100 point wine. Blackish purple color. Full bodied and complex but not made in a full throttle style. Close though. This had a creamy mouth feel and was very expressive. Notes of l=black pepper, mocha and blackberry. 94 points.
