Poured the rest on night #2 and the wine had evolved nicely over the 24 hours, as other flavors started to emerge (sweet vanilla & spiced rum even) and the wine exhibited much more balance and had rounded out considerably. This is the first Amon-Ra I have ever tried, so I cannot compare it to past vintages, but I enjoyed the one I had and look forward to trying it again in several years.
