Saturday, February 3, 2018 - Awesome. Decanted for about an hour. Australian shiraz has historically been outside of my wheelhouse, but I've had great success with some of these higher end wines that have around 10 years of maturity. Opaque wine with vibrant red fruit and smooth but moderately-prominent tannins. Hold or drink now with decant.
