Monday, March 18, 2013 - Dizzy, freakish, but worth the experience. Decanted 36 hours in advance and that brought out this one in full force. Multidimensional and another wine every day. Drank a glass a day over a week and the wine was still holding up. I think it could last at least 14 days opened. With time there could even more to come. This is a Pina Bausch performance in wine, endlessly surprising. Don't drink this with food, it would be a waste.
