Tuesday, August 24, 2021 - Medium golden colored. Nice quite restrained nose with yellow flowers and tropical fruits - the nose opened up a bit after one hour in the decanter. On the palate powerful notes of honeydew melon, soft pear and mineral notes and fresh green herbs. Medium bodied with a medium acidity. Good concentration but it feels too tight in the moment. It wants to open up and show its beauty but it simply can’t in the moment. The finish is medium long and leaves a nice fruity touch. (IG)
