Thursday, March 17, 2022 - Big wine. Delicious! Dark fruit - blackberries, cassis - and tobacco, spices - cinnamon and cloves. Low - medium acid and very smooth tannins. For me this is not a food wine, but rather something to enjoy on it’s own. I will wait a couple of years before I open the next bottle in the hope that it develops a bit more complexity. But, it is a hope rather than a belief, I should say. Still, very enjoyable and unique wine.
