Saturday, September 4, 2021 - Minty herbs, gravel, orange peel, green apple skin, lilac, and lemon blossom on the nose. While more herbaceous on the nose, there is more citrus on the palate with tangerine peel and grapefruit. There is a slight nutty quality, like an almond skin or chestnut note, that is subtle on the nose and reappears on the finish. The wine is elegant, pure, and full of energy. This was just delightful.
