Sunday, March 27, 2022 - You have to take time with this wine as the freshly-cracked black pepper aroma is so overwhelming that it takes time for anything else to shine through. When it does, you're rewarded with ripe black fruits, cloves, chocolate, prunes, and smoke. It has plenty of acidity and high, grippy tannins. Nice now but will develop further.
