Thursday, July 24, 2008 - Appearance: a light golden color. Aroma: Very fruity with apples, peaches, melon, grass and maybe even some pineapple. Taste: Semi-dry in my opinion even though it is labeled as dry. Acidity level was a little weak which may be why it was a little too sweet for my tastes. Finish was medium and the texture was soft and buttery. Overall this was an okay wine, not your typical dry German Riesling.
