Friday, February 17, 2012 - EOTW dinner (Otto e Mezzo): Dark golden brown in colour. At first slightly maderized scent but with airing turned into a beautiful toasted biscuit bouquet. Not much bubbles left. Rich caramelized pears in the mouth.
