Dark golden brown in colour. At first slightly maderized scent but with airing turned into a beautiful toasted biscuit bouquet. Not much bubbles left. Rich caramelized pears in the mouth.

Wonderful berries and rose petal nose. Elegant yet well structured forest fruits and mixed currants in the mouth. Superb balance and showing much fresher and younger than it is. Fantastic.

Nose of mushroom, hoisin and soy sauce. Vegetal. Light and sweet with hints of kerosene. Silky smooth tannins showing gooseberry flavours. Slightly past it's prime.

At first the nose displayed a funky plastic scent which slowly developed into a strawberry festival with hints of vitamin. Plenty of sous bois, red fruits and earth. Rich and complex till the end.
Leather, mushroom, tar, tea and cigar box fill the glass. Tightly packed blackcurrants explode in the mouth displaying a rich, round and powerful wine with incredible intensity. Impressive.
Dark purple. Strong aniseed and chocolate bouquet. Palate is layered with fruit cake and blackberries which develops into a remarkably rich and rounded finish. Incredibly fresh for its age.

Whiffs of coffee infused blueberries. Layered black forest fruits with a hint of barnyard. Slight bitter taste on the finish. Very ready to drink.
