Sunday, May 28, 2023 - PNP, but drank over an hour. Very deep magenta color. Dark raspberry, fresh blueberries, milk chocolate, gravel, licorice, and subtle baking spice. Dry, plush, juicy palate, with fine, tongue coating acidity. Full, soft tannins on the longish finish.

‘18 was a warm vintage and this winery likes to make their Pinot in a bolder style. These two factors result in a relatively rich Pinot, especially for Burgundy.
