Saturday, September 26, 2009 - Enjoyed with my wife at dinner at Hawks. Very fragant, perfumy nose of sweet black fruits, cedar and earth. Aromas continued throughout the evening. Not overly fruity and actually more delicate than I anticipated. Beautiful structure and balance. Look forward to the next one a few years from now.
