Sunday, November 9, 2014 - An evening with friends and a lot of wine (Chris and Renee's Home): Jeff K brought this. It had been opened earlier in the day for lunch and had a couple of glasses left, so I started with it, to make sure I got a taste. The nose has nice cassis with a streak of cinnamon. On the palate, cassis and some coffee grounds. It is drinking well and showing some tight layering. Of course, by this time it was well aerated. Nice finish. No hurry here, but a very nice showing. Glad I got a try as it turned out to be my WOTN.
